    A copy of the Washington, DC Evening Star Newspaper, Inaugural Edition, with Special Inaugural Souvenir Supplement, on January 20th, 1937.
    This was the second inauguration of Franklin D. Roosevelt, and also noted at the first to be mandated on January 20th as prescribed by the 20th amendment.  It also was the first to be held on the inaugural platform rather that in the Senate chamber.
