This is a rainbow play systems play gym from about 2015. We bought it new and had it professionally installed. It's relatively lightly used but obviously has been stored outside. If you're sensitive to looks some of the more used parts like the stairs and the climbing ladder probably could use a coat of sealer however these rainbow play systems are top of the line and built to last. Vitamin salad in the hardware is stainless and has no marks of weakness. It has one area where a woodpecker has gone to town on it and there is a picture.
This item is pick up only and the buyer is responsible to disassemble it and remove it from the property. The sand in the sandbox can be taken or the buyer could bag it and leave it here for disposal.
