Victor Animatophone Model 55 16mm Tube Film Projector With Side Speaker.  As is, no returns.
The motor runs and the bulb works.
The wheels and sprockets that move the film seem to all be working.
The rewind works.
The projector comes without a power cord.
I used a regular outdoor extension cord to power it. It can be seen in the first picture.
I don't have any 16mm film to test the film feed.
Both reel arms have been broken and welded back together.
If you are looking for a projector to get running this one would be a good one to start with.
